This recipe is a repost from Keto.Luna and I use it as part of my sugar-free mirror glaze. This recipe yields a whole jar – use the leftovers in coffee or drizzle it over berries!
Ingredients
- 360g heavy cream
- 113g sweetener
- 42g butter
Instructions
- Whisk occasionally over medium-high heat until almost boiling.
- Turn to low, simmer for 30 inutes until slightly reduced. Let cool.
- Refrigerate to store; mixture will thicken.
- Use as 1:1 substitute for sweetened, condensed milk
